  • Email Delivery Only: All digital products (e.g., personalized PDFs, course materials, rituals, spell documents) are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Files are sent within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Confirmation: If you do not receive your file(s) within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at powerofmagick666@gmail.com.

1.2 Spiritual Services (Rituals & Spellwork)

  • Scheduling: Rituals and spellwork are booked within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment.

  • Execution Time: Depending on complexity, work is completed within 3–14 days.

  • Updates & Proof: If applicable, clients may receive a completion report, photo, or summary email after the ritual is performed.

  • Disclaimer: Services are performed according to spiritual and esoteric principles. Outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on metaphysical factors beyond our control.

We do not offer spiritual services to individuals located in India.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

2.1 Cancellations

  • Digital Products & Spiritual Services: Cannot be canceled once delivery begins.

2.2 Order Modifications

  • If you need to change the email address for delivery or update details of your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Modifications are not guaranteed after processing begins.

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

3.1 No Refund Policy

Due to the spiritual and intangible nature of our offerings, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are provided for any service, digital product, or ritual work.

Order of Lilith is not liable for failure or delays in fulfillment due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
