2. NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you do not receive your digital item or service:

  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly at checkout

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to client input errors or spam filters blocking messages.

3. EXCEPTIONS – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT FILES

While rare, if you receive a file that is:

  • Corrupted/unopenable

  • Clearly not the service or content you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and may offer a corrected file or redelivery, at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

4. SERVICE SATISFACTION

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with spiritual results, perceived lack of manifestation, or outcome of spellwork. Spiritual work is highly personal, metaphysical in nature, and outcomes are subject to universal timing and unseen factors.

5. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your concern is considered a violation of this policy. Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • A permanent ban from future services

  • Legal action for service theft

We retain the right to submit evidence of order fulfillment, communications, and delivery to your payment provider.
