If you have ordered a service from us then we recommend you read through this section so that you are aware of how we work.

Spells and Full Moon Rituals
The time at which I perform my spells and rituals is dependent on the moon phase and the planetary days and hours. Your spell work is scheduled for a time where the planetary alignments and moon phases are appropriate for the nature of the spell work. I will not inform you of the specific time and date your spell will be cast as it is not set in stone unless of course, it is a Full Moon Ritual. I also have an extremely high client demand for spell work. This means it can take me up to 6 weeks to actually cast your spell (again unless you have booked a Full Moon Ritual). I do not cast spells instantly, there is a waiting time. I also do not accept extra fees for anyone to skip the queue and have their work completed earlier. I work on a first come first served basis always - no exceptions.
The service will be completed on my end and you will receive a full report via email regarding how it went which will also include photos of your work. It may take me a few days to get around typing up your spell report after your work has been completed as my schedule is usually very packed so please be patient! I send spell reports out on a Monday. I do not send out individual reports for the Full Moon Rituals due to the large number of clients involved in them but I give a general update via an Instagram post which I can refer you to.
CANCELLATION POLICY: When booking spell work please ensure you are certain that your chosen option is what you want. SPELL WORK IS NON REFUNDABLE ONCE IT HAS BEEN BOOKED. My time, energy and resources are non-refundable, they are limited and are not a physical product that you can just decide you no longer want anymore like an Amazon order. Choose carefully as once it is done, it is done. If you do decide that the spell work you have purchased is no longer what you want then depending on the circumstance I may be willing to change it to something else that you decide you do want if you contact me in time. Please email me to discuss this if this is the case.
I do not need you to do anything on your end I just need you to provide me with the following details:
- Your name, date of birth & photo (no Snapchat filters please!) + location
- The spell target's name, date of birth & photo
- A petition explaining what you want to manifest from the candle service signed with your name and date of birth. The petition should be 3-4 sentences max, no lengthy paragraphs or essays.
If you have booked a space on a Full Moon Ritual, I will need to you send me the same information as above.
It is important that you send me the above information as soon as possible as the work cannot be completed without it. If you do not have some of the information above then no worries - just send me as much of it as you have or can get. I give you 4 weeks to send me the information that has been asked for before your order is automatically cancelled and not refunded. I don't have the time to be chasing you up for the information so it is your responsibility to get this sent to me.
Thank you for choosing to work with me, you will hear from me when your spell work has been completed. If you do not hear anything from me for over 4 weeks since you have purchased your spell work, please feel free to drop me an email asking for an update! However please do not ask me for updates any earlier than this. I work best with those who are patient and allow me to get on with the work.
