Before you work with us, you will be reuqired to sign a terms & conditons contract. Our terms & conditions are listed below. 

 

This is a terms and conditions agreement which constitutes a binding agreement between you, the client, and Order Of Lilith LTD. By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this contract you agree to the following:

 

1. Any fees paid to Order Of Lilith LTD for services are strictly non-refundable unless in the circumstance a service cannot be fulfilled by the company, in which case Order Of Lilith LTD will inform you and refund the payment.
2. By agreeing to pay for a service you agree that you are paying for the time, resources and efforts that are required to fulfil the service and not the results of the service.
3. Order Of Lilith LTD will not offer refunds for services based on results.
4. Upon completion of the service, you agree to sign a “confirmation of order fulfilment” document to confirm that you acknowledge that the service you have paid for has been fulfilled.
5. By agreeing to pay for this service to these terms, you agree that you will not open a case against Order Of Lilith LTD through a third-party payment company.
6. Order Of Lilith LTD company policy states that we do not offer our services to anyone under 18 years of age. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm you are 18 years of age or over.
